Tuesday's Cupboard—Avocado Hummus with Coriander & Lemon

Try this fantastic fresh avo hummus from food blogger, Natalie Ward

Look for succulent Meyer lemons if you can still find them in early Spring at the beginning of avo season.

I love Natalie's suggestion to use this as a late-night supper with toasted tortillas cut into quarters.  It would also be wonderful with toasted pitas.

Serve with fresh, sliced oranges; a side of spring greens with herbs & heirloom baby tomatoes; and a glass of sangria over ice.  Yummmm
