This flavor-packed, light & easy salad is perfect for outdoor dining!

Easy Summer Crab Salad for two


16 oz. of lump crab meata generous handful of shredded carrots1 cup fresh mango salsa (mild)1/4 c. sliced red onion2 cups snap peas, juliennedMixed greens2 T. sesame oil3 T. rice wine vinegarseveral shakes of Kikkoman citrus-flavored Ponzu sauce
Make It!
Combine top 5 ingredients in a large bowl.  Sprinkle with oil, rice vinegar & Ponzu sauce; toss well.
Divide into 2 servings.  Top greens with crab meat mixture.  Add freshly ground cracked pepper & serve!
