avos & crab tossed in sesame oil, rice wine vinegar & Ponzu sauce
Easy Summer Crab Salad
- 16 oz. of lump crab meat
- a generous handful of shredded carrots
- 1 cup fresh mango salsa (mild)
- 1/4 c. sliced red onion
- 2 cups snap peas, julienned
- Mixed greens
- 2 T. sesame oil
- 3 T. rice wine vinegar
- several shakes of Kikkoman citrus-flavored Ponzu sauce
Combine top 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle with oil, rice vinegar & Ponzu sauce; toss well.
Divide into 2 servings. Top greens with crab meat mixture. Add freshly ground cracked pepper & serve!
