The surfers were catching some nice waves

Our cabana day workout involved swimming up & down the lazy river.  The lazy river is a man-made stream surrounded by black rocks, plumeria trees & fragrant ferns.  It's a bit like water exercise, except a thousand times more fun...and with waterfalls.

Ni'ele, a hyacinth macaw whose name means "nosy" in Hawiian

This waterfall is located in Wailua, the land of the ali'i (kings)
